Terms and Conditions of 555bom – Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you — referred to here as "user" or "player" — and 555bom, the operator of the Sports Betting and online casino platform accessible at 555bom.best. 2.2 One Account per Person

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.2 Bonus Balance vs. Real Balance

Bonus balance is separate from real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be converted into real-money balance through qualifying bets that meet the required rollover. For Sports Betting, generally only bets with odds above 1.50 count toward the rollover. Cancelled bets, bets that return the stake (effective odds of 1.00), and bets on specific markets listed in the bonus terms may not contribute.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the User

11.2 Closure by 555bom

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Any attempts to register a new account during a self-exclusion period will be detected and the accounts closed immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this document that cannot be resolved administratively through 555bom's support channel, the courts of the user's place of domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.

For disputes up to the jurisdictional limit of Brazilian Small Claims Courts (Juizados Especiais Cíveis), users may turn to the Procon online dispute resolution platform or the Small Claims Court system without needing legal representation, as provided under Federal Law No. 9.099/1995.
